The owner is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Her recommendations for local restaurants, bars and pizzeria are genuinely great ! There is a private beach umbrella reserved for the clients of this B&B. We didn’t expect this and we really love it! They clean the room perfectly everyday. There’s a modern clean kitchen with all essential items, in addition, they also supply an illy capsule machine, the capsules and tea bags. It’s also a perfect distance to go to both the best local bars and restaurants in the city and the beach.

It is truly a wonderful apartment by the sea. Great views of the water from the large patio. Just a short walk to the beach where you can stroll on the sand, look for seashells or go for a swim. The host, Daniel, was quickly available for check in. He explained where everything was located in the apartment, even a washing machine. It is a super super clean apartment with everything you need for a short or long stay. Daniel gave excellent restaurant recommendations when asked and was always available on What's app if I had a question or wanted directions. It really is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the seaside.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful, but what truly makes it special are the amazing hosts. Cezare and Elena were incredibly warm and welcoming. We were very positively surprised by the room and service. Checkin was done via phone call and went super smooth. The room was fully equipped and there was also a small shared kitchenette to prepare some hot beverages. The room is nicely designed and set up and very convenient (as the bathroom). All was new and very clean. The breakfast was very good and served in a nice and tastefully designed common area. Overall, we were indeed very positively impressed to stay also off-season in this B&B location.
