Perfect location, on what I think is the best canal. Near restaurants and the center of town. Walkable to everything, including the beach. Well appointed apartment and excellent host.

I was surprised to get what I was given for the price that I paid. The room was a good size, with a great bathroom and a small balcony. It was all clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good and the staff did a great job.

The apartment is perfectly situated, easy access to the town center and the beach; the apartment had every amenity we could have asked for, the access instructions were clear and the host was very accommodating

The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely couple who do their best to meet all requests. It is located near the beach and a pass for an umbrella and beach chairs are given to you as part of your booking. This is a real bonus, as the beach has reserved booking areas you would would otherwise have to pay for. It is also within walking distance of Chioggia, a small town. The owners also operate a small pizzeria next to the hotel which is where you have a delightful breakfast each morning and can count on for a good dinner at the end of the day. If your destination is the city of Venice, this may not be the best location, as there are no water buses to the city, but there is a regular bus. Ask the proprietors for the 'how to' with organizing a ticket, it can be tricky.
