Location was good - a bit of a walk - but a very beautiful area - and along the sea front or promenade - to old town. Beautiful view of the old town - over the rooftops but great - and lovely big veranda to sit on and relax after exploring the old town. Quiet and private parking close by.

Alessandro was a very hospitable person who provided a more than adequate breakfast. His property was exceptionally clean and offered a seaside location with spectacular views. The town of Sperlonga was within walking distance so we never needed to drive anywhere.
