The place was so clean and well decorated. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. I got an upgrade to bigger room for my special occasion. They welcomed me with drinks and fruits upon arrival and were open for any further assistance. The breakfast was perfect and halal options of meet has been provided to us. Everything was perfect, and for sure I will revisit the hotel upon my next trip to Italy and will recommend it for my friends and family. & Thank you leopardi for the special olive oil gift :)

Amazing service and exceptional lodging! The refigerator was well stocked when we arrived, and the kitchen was in an outstanding, clean state. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped with high quality, comfort-focused features. The area was quiet, and the view was jaw dropping. The location was perfect. The hotel is located in a quieter section of the lake; but a beautiful promenade along the lake is directly across the street, and good dining places are within a short walk. The views from the room balconies are outstanding. The breakfast buffet is the best we have had in Italy. Finally and not least, the staff is lots of fun and full of suggestiond.
