The property was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. The view from the terrace and bedroom windows is beautiful looking due West and right across the sea. The swimming pool is also lovely and the on-site restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price. Alessandro, the property manager, is also extremely helpful with recommendations or bringing/fixing anything for which his help is needed!

The house is exactly as pictured. The location and view are exceptional. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, microwave, oven, gas hob, toaster and coffee machine (Lavazza capsules) in the kitchen, very efficient AC downstairs and in both bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has twin beds (on some pictures it had another double). Beds were very comfortable. The pool was great, open 9:15 am till 8pm. At the weekend it closes between 1 and 3 pm. We had several meals at the restaurant in the complex (you have to book in advance) and they were delicious with good service. The Nebida village restaurants and shops are very convenient and a 10 minute walk away. Lots of walks, beaches and activities in the area. Masua beach offers boat trips, kayaking and is next to Porto Flavia mine.

Ale was the best host on whole Sardinia! He really does an extra mille. The accomodation is what we needed, 3 bedrooms, enaught space, kitchen well equiped, garage for our car, huge swimming pool and not to mention the view! Ale also recommended us some sights, restaurants and all of it was 5 stars experience. We were sorry we stayed only for 4 nights.

The view from the house is just amazing! Location is really great, it is a holiday village with a pool, with shop and a few restaurants nearby. Everything in the house was perfectly clean, all comforts are there (we even had a baby chair and bed). I really recommend it!!

Everything is so nice! The house is part of a little village with a nice restaurant with an incredible view, and a swimming pool. A little market and cafe /gelateria are at walking distance. To access the beautiful surrounding beaches one needs a car. There are plenty of beaches to choose from and we found them not overcrowded (end of July, beginning of August). The apartment is small but has everything one needs, even dishwasher and washer. The little garden with a view is very quiet and relaxing.
