Angela is an amazing host. She looked after our family of 4 even before we arrived, helping us book train tickets from Rome to Nettuno. She is very responsive, helpful, hospitable & kind. The place is new, very clean & close to the beach with restaurants & grocery stores in walking distance. Angela helped organise transport as we were attending a wedding at a nearby church, she recommended & booked restaurants for us too. Nothing was a problem for her. We would definetly come back & stay at IBordin.

Easy check-in, great location and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Very quiet at night, except the sound of the waves which was lovely. Very clean apartment with all the basic necessities. They put snacks, tea and coffee for breakfast too, very much appreciated. We stayed only for a day with friends but all of us would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Great welcome by the owner. A very nice and helpful man who likes to tell all the great places to visit. The house is perfect with a small garden. The beautiful beach is a short drive away.

Very friendly and nice owners. They responded to our questions immediately. Three bathrooms and bedrooms makes the flat spacious and it has a lovely garden. It is very central, with shops, restaurants and the train station close by. Nettuno was «tourist» free, which was great. Only Italians here.

I loved the welcome we got in this beautiful home . the owner was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us .. you are amazing. we stayed two nights . the rooms were so comfy and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommended sweet home and wellness. it was on the sea and close to shopping areas. we took the train to Rome. it was so close to the accommodation. Thanks a million for making us feel at home. .
