Location just 20 minute walk along beachfront to town, and less than 5 minutes to Supermarket and lovely Fresh Veg/Fruit shop. Staff exceptionally helpful. 5 mins walk down steps to beach (all beaches are stony so wear some kind of beach shoes, but warm water makes up for this), passing swimming pool on the way (ask the reception for Beach Towels). View from Balcony was exceptional - right across and along the lake. All locations are accessible from Ferries at Malcesine, and Cable car is an absolute must. Room had everything you would need for self-catering and more, location very quiet and mostly Germanic-speaking guests. Buses to/from Riva/Garda/Peschiera/Verona stops a couple of minutes (book at Malcesine Info Point or online to save money - and be careful of reduced timetable in Winter, especially early/late buses), hourly shuttle bus (fixed fare €1.20) between neighbouring Cassone, and the Cable car entrance (Hotel can book this for you - again saving money). Special mention to Elisa and Sana for all the help they gave us, and to the cleaning staff for great job. Would recommend you plan your days by keeping close eye on weather ! The Hotel pre-warned us that small dogs are allowed, but these were very well behaved and did not disturb us.

Laura at the check in was wonderful. She was friendly and professional. Our room was the Junior Suite and it was beautiful. The lake view was gorgeous.

Me and my Father and Sister were so pleasantly surprised by the hotel's fantastic location and the fact that ALL rooms faced the water and had a balcony. I'm unsure as to whether or not the booking website mentioned this but I was in a bit of hurry as it was a last minute booking. Ample parking, location, helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet. This place has it all and we are looking to plan our trip with a larger group here. I only wish that I had scheduled one more day here!
