The owner of the property is very nice and hospitable, and thought of every possible detail - coffee, tea, fresh fruit, wine, and even slippers. Al Molo 5 is an amazing place- even the pictures won't do it justice! The location is right on the water and facing the mountains. From the deck in front of the hotel, you can easily take the Ferry Boats to the neighboring cities on Lake Como. You get more than what you ask for in terms of room amenities—it's a fully furnished apartment with a kitchen, a living room, and a spacious bedroom. As a bonus, you get a balcony facing the water or a private garden with loungers to sit and relax and take in the majestic ambiance! Daniella at the reception was more than wonderful- she's the highlight of this place! She was so hospitable and helped us get a taxi to get to the train station in Lecco. Greta too was awesome! She was courteous enough to wait for us for more than 2 hours for a late check-in. The people and the place were beyond our expectations!! We'll come back to this place in the future :)

The property was beautiful, clean and well- equipped. The host, Roberta, welcomed us with orange juice, water and cookies. There was coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar for our use. These small, but thoughtful touches put our stay over the top! Additionally, Roberta made restaurant recommendations, guided tour suggestions and just really made sure we had a wonderful stay.
