This house completely blown my mind. It’s built in a beautiful historical context, with excellent fornitures, and it’s owned by really nice hosts. If you think this is not enough you are right: i didn’t talk about the natural pool just next to the house, where you can have a bath during summer. This place has just everything one needs to living his best life

Excellent location, lake view and welcoming hosts. Right in front of the lake, parking in front of the facility. Nice homely bar on the ground floor run by the host. Walkable distance to Menaggio city, also a bus stop right in front. The host, Anna is such a nice lady, ready to help all the time. The property is very neat and clean with 2 reasonably sized bedrooms and a living room. The balcony is big with great views of the lake and cities across the lake.

super convenient location with amazing view of lake como. <5 min walk to boat station which takes you easily to the other towns. manageable walk to train station which goes to milan centrale as well. host was very responsive to our needs before and during the stay as well, giving us advice on transportation and allowing us to leave our baggage after checkout time for our convenience.

Perfect stay! The emplacement directly at the lake. Lovely garden, nice private beach. Small hotel with beautiful details and historic rooms with good decorations. Warm welcome - also with icecold prosecco in the room. Good breakfast - which can also be enjoyed on the terrace. Secured parking available for a charge. The villa is the perfect starting point for excursions on and round Lake Como area as it is in walking distance to Bellano port. Special thanks to Angelo, he is a great host and made everything for us to have a memorable stay.
