A truly lovely stay. I especially enjoyed the small stream behind the house – the sound of flowing water added a special charm and peaceful atmosphere. Quiet surroundings, beautiful nature, and a stunning view from the window – a perfect place to relax. The hosts were amazing and very welcoming. Would love to come back!

An absolutely beautiful and peaceful location with incredible views from your hotel room - directly onto the Como Lake. Lovely furnished room with more than enough space, a super tasty breakfast being served directly in your room - it was just a fantastic stay that over fulfilled any of our possible wishes! The owner of this B&B and the person in charge of our stay were always extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful information about the sightseeing spots and restaurants. This B&B is located 15-20 minutes (by foot) from the village of Menaggio - and if you don't mind walking (next to the beautiful lake side), you will certainly enjoy your stay in this quite village. There is a great fish & seafood restaurant (10-15min away) - La Grotte - which we can fully recommend. Just make sure you reserve a table in advance (especially, in July-August ;) We simply loved this place and would like to come here again (hopefully relatively soon ;)

Everything was perfect, location on point as it has a ferry location at the front of it, staff went above and beyond and probably the best in every aspect of hosting, food, helpfulness, cleanliness, all top class!

The hotel is a beautifully restored old villa. The staff Francesca and Manuella were so welcoming, helpful and very kind. With great knowledge of all places to visit,eat etc The garden and terraces overlooking the lake were lovely and nice to sit by the water and relax after a busy day sightseeing. Breakfast was super, well prepared . Cooked eggs when asked.
