Location was fabulous and the staff wonderful. The hotel is in the controlled zone for cars but you can drive to the check in and the concierge valet parks the car. The suite was out of this world with great views and we loved having our nightcap on the balcony . Thank you to all for an exceptional stay.

This is an amazing apartment in Monopoli. Fabio is an excellent host who could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable and pleasurable. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the photographs, although fantastic, do not do it justice. the wraparound terrace was a beautiful, entertaining and relaxing space looking out over the sea which is peaceful and quiet. The minor issues which arose during our 10-day stay, were always dealt with in a friendly manner promptly and with courtesy and tremendous attention to needs of the guest. We could not have asked for a better host than Fabio.

Our stay at Villa Nilu al Mare was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. It’s beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The Pool and garden area complement the whole experience. The host Fabio was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything and responding immediately to any questions. The hospitality truly made a difference. We highly recommend Villa Nilu al Mare to anyone visiting Monopoli. It’s a peaceful, elegant place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the region. We would definitely love to come back!

The accommodation met all our expectations, it was perfectly equipped, clean and new. The host welcomed us and explained everything. The location was great just a few minutes from the city center. Parking was hassle-free. I definitely recommend this place!

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Facilities were outstanding and it was immaculately clean. Private parking was a bonus. Access to supermarket, laundry, bakery and cafes were in the local area. Walk into the historic centre was 10-15 mins walk so mobility essential. There were stairs to property. Francesco the host was amazing. A lovely young man. We utilised the local free beaches but also did the train to Polignano a Mare and the train station was walking distance. The view was beautiful. I recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at Dimora. Francesca, the host is fabulous and she was extremely helpful. The vies from the property were stunning and the apartment was very clean and spacious. The host also helped us to arrange taxi at much lower price than uber offer. Thank you Francesca. I would definitely like to come back as this seems to be the best spot in Monopoli.

This is a haven designed to relaxation and privacy. Staff were unobtrusive. No signs. No pushiness. Staff were first class and very discrete. Breakfast opposite the Adriatic Sea on your private terrace cannot be put into words. A quiet knock on your patio doors revealed a fabulous breakast set out on blue linen table cloth runner with quality silverware and Villeroy and Bosche crockery. Exceptional and unique.
