We recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful home stay in Olbia, hosted by the wonderful Rita. From the moment we arrived, Rita made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor. She was exceptionally helpful, respectful, and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay. Whether it was providing local tips, arranging transportation, or simply checking in to make sure we were comfortable, Rita went above and beyond in every aspect. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, exuding charm. It was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy, home-like comfort. Our room was serene, with a lovely view of the surrounding landscape. The location of the home stay was another highlight. Nestled in a peaceful area, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it was conveniently close to Olbia's main attractions and exquisite beaches. We enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and the easy access to stunning beaches. Overall, our experience at Rita's home stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her hospitality made us feel truly cared for, and the beauty of the house and its ideal location made our trip to Olbia unforgettable. One street back from the beach. Old style well aired room, plus aircon. Clean big space, nice breakfast. Use of ice freezer for beach cooler. Good size pillows.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! The location was ideal – just a short walk from beautiful beaches and surrounded by stunning views. The house had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – highly recommended!

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel's location is perfect - accessible by train, a 4 minutes walk to the beach, it's very peaceful and quiet. It's also 10 minutes walk to the harbor with restaurants and a shop. The nearby beach is dreamy and there are lounges for the hotel's guests. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfasts had varied food options and it was tasty. We had double room with garden view and the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean, plus we had huge terrace as well. The room's temperature was perfect considering outdoor heat. Checkout time was 12, so not too early fortunately. There's green surrounding around the hotel, we met a turtle on our way to the beach. If you don't want to rent a car in Sardinia, thats a ideal place to stay. The train station is 2 minutes away. The trains don't go super often, but if you're organised, there's no need for a car. We used train to get to Golfo Arranci and Olbia and buses for airport, it's very cheap.

We had a good communication with Alessandro prior our arrival. He also greeted us welcome on arrival and together with his assistant Raffaella we felt very comfortable and good taken care of during our stay. The apartment on the bottom floor with 2 patios is perfekt , comfy beds and fresh feeling about the whole apartment. There is 65 inch TV in every room which could be useful for families with children. Easy to find parking spots just outside for our rental car , although there is a garage under the building.
