The host Maria was super nice and helpful. She suggested us many things in the area and made sure we have everything we need. The place itself is very beautiful with a nice garden and a very short way to the beach, just outside the garden gate.

We spent 5 wonderful days by Carlo! The cozy apartment is on the first floor, the beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large fridge and freezer. Spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean. And everything is as shown in the photos on Booking. The apartment has a balcony (and a teracce) and a direct view of the beach! We loved having a coffee in the morning with the view of the sea and occasionally the waves. I would say for sea and water lovers it's a perfect location, we were on the beach 4-5 times a day from early to late. You only need to bring your towel...that's a great convenience! The apartment is in the shade because there are lots of pine trees in the area, so you can cool off inside when the sun is at its highest. There is also a shower in the garden. The garden with the pine trees is beautiful, a peaceful paradise! There is a direct path to the beach, through the garden, 30 meters. The beach itself is beautiful, almost white sand and clear blue water, and it was not crowded in June... And there are also several wonderful beaches nearby, you can walk from beach to beach practicaly. Nearby there are several cafes, beach bars and restaurants. The host Carlo lives on the first floor but was very discreet and very helpful for all our questions/tips. I would especially like to mention how helpful Carlo was, when my husband had the problem with the tooth, and Carlo managed to terminate him a dentist appointment for the next day. Thank you so much Carlo! The next time we visit Sardinia, we will gladly come here again!

Apartment was very clean and had all the essentials needed for our short stay. Excellent location for the beach which is just a few minutes walk down the hill. Matteo the host was very helpful.

wow! wow! the best apartment we got during trip to Sardinia. what a view! and whole apartment. big. specious. we could make a coffee as well. but the view is a breathtaking! so beautiful. we could park our car in the property as well. very nice and communicative host. thank you so much. I would come back 100% to that place again if I had a chance.

We had a room with balcony and sea view. It had dual aspect windows, with views up the coast and out to sea. Very beautiful. You could hear the sea lapping at night if you kept the window open. The balcony was a good size and lovely for sitting on,. The location can not be more perfect. I liked the inside and outside eating areas. The hotel serves excellent food and offers a 10% discount for dinner. There is a wonderful outside eating area on a terrace overlooking the sea. We were also offered complementary prosecco both times we ate. Breakfast is pretty good, with boiled eggs, ham and cheese, and on one day we had a lovely fruit salad. Cakes and pastries were very good. There was brown and white bread. The hotel is colourful and quirky, and is even nicer than it appears in the photos. I liked that there were lots of books and guides around the hotel to be used by guests. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a coffee machine in the room, but as there was no facility for boiling water, the staff obligingly provided me with hot water for tea. The free WIFI was excellent.

Right in the port, opposite the mall with boats. This is where all sea excursions leave. So if you came for them, it’s ideal to settle here! Paid parking is 100 meters from the hotel - about 6 euros per day. The sunrise from the balcony is also excellent!

You will immediately feel at home at this family-run hotel, just 50 metres from the beach on the Gulf of Orosei, set between the sea and the mountains. Guests receive a free welcome coffee.
