Well-equipped and spacious appartement, very kind hosts, nice small yard for private use. The location is positioned on the outer part of Monticelli, so really calm, but you have to like the loneliness:-)

Very good residential seaside community location. The apartment is part of a block of other residential units in the very quiet and secure town of Costa Merlata. You can park your car safely very close to the unit on the street. Angela was very flexible with her checkin and was there to meet us. Very clean and well appointed unit. You can walk to the local beaches very easily otherwise you could drive to other close by beaches. Costa Merlata does not have any shops or other bars etc but it is a very central place to base yourself to visit the region with Ostuni, Monopoly and other towns all within 30 minutes. Recommended.

A lovely peaceful, resort with comfort style and good facilities. If you have a car and want a great place to get away from the hustle, look here !! With only one nights stay we felt like we were welcomed like old friends. Staff are great, the complex is super, breakfast was 👍 and the POOL is magnificent. A fantastic Hideaway.

I absolutely loved everything about this property and stay! The properly itself was situated in an amazing location and was very clean and spacious and the mini Jacuzzi pool was a lovely feature to have. Valentina was particularly amazing with her communications and recommendations and went the extra mile to help make my partners birthday special by helping me to organise a cake and personally delivered it to the property. This place is wonderful! Cosy, with huge terrace, big windows, sea view, front beach apartment! There is 3 beaches: 20 feet, 1min or 3mins walking from apartment. What I would add more maybe one carpet and sofa for rainy days, but this is just suggestion
