There are very good breakfasts served by the landlady at the top of the building with nice view. Air condition makes a comfortable living besides the SUN active all time. The owner explained us the main attractions of the city. Definitely it is worth its price

Everything was perfect. We were very impressed by Fernanda and Ada's hospitality, smiling faces, friendship, helpfulness, attentive and high-quality service. They served a rich breakfast every day. Dinner was very diverse and all of very high quality. I loved the sea food salad I had for lunch. Thank you very much for everything. The farmhouse is very comfortable and has a large green area. A calm, peaceful environment. We stayed for four days, we would have liked to stay longer but our time was limited. We would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

The welcome - Simone and Martina were so welcoming and facilitated our early arrival so we could park and drop luggage before check in). Simone the owner was most attentive, very generous (wine and nibbles for aperitifs and homemade tomatoes sauce 😋)and friendly throughout our stay and available to sort any issue if needed. Location (70m walk to excellent swim, snorkel and rock jumping spot, 200m walk free beach). Simone provided us with a sun umbrella and deck chairs. Short walk along Lungomare to restaurants and historical centre). Layout (lovely garden space with nice shade for alfresco dining and comfortable furniture to read and relax; good sized well equipped kitchen with basic condiments provided; good sized bathroom with powerful shower; good sized double room with slatted shutters allowing the Tramontane wind to cool us indoors as all doors and windows have mosquito blinds. Otherwise bedroom has very effective air con. WiFi works well. After travelling around Puglia, circling historical centres seeking a parking spot this was a lovely space to relax for our last 4 days. Car has a secure and easily accessible parking spot beside the apartment.

We loved it all! Fantastic apartment designed by Umberto Riva in stunning location at one end of the magnificent boardwalk in Otranto by the Adriatic sea. Sea views from windows, balcony and roof terrace are unrivalled. Fitting-in is stylish and appropriate, kitchen very well equipped. Perfect shaded terrace for meals and relaxing. Our lovely hosts, Michelangelo and Monica, gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and a smooth introduction to practicalities. Parking was arranged for. They kept in touch throughout our stay, making sure we had all that we needed - very much appreciated! Needless to say, high-class Puglian food and wine is served in abundance in nearby restaurants. Overall a stay of pure pleasure!!

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Pool area was very nice, garden areas and walkways were well maintained and beautiful. Breakfast was good, personnel was helpful, bikes were available 10€/day.
