Massimo was delightful and very helpful. Instructions were very clear for arrival and communication was great. Room was very comfortable and in a very convenient and vibrant part of Palermo (but was still very quiet).

I liked the shower because the water pressure was wonderful. Up to date and modern. The A/C blew well. This is located very close to the beach of Mondello and easy to get where you need to go if you have an infant. The decor was interesting.

The owner was really nice and helpful. The location is around 45 minutes from the historic center of Palermo by bus. The bus stop is 5 minute walk from the place. The location is not tourist area but mostly frequented by locals. You will get the most authentic experience. We even got some basic groceries prepared by the owner. The owner was always on the phone on WhatsApp so the communication was really good. The view was great. The AC was very effective yet really quiet. Just a reminder you will need to pay a city tax that is required to be paid in cash only. But the owner was flexible and we paid that during checkout.

Amazing Suite! With an absolutely stunning view. We had such a relaxing stay and enjoyed every single service — from the sauna to the Turkish bath, and especially the fantastic mini-pool on the terrace, complete with hydromassage and air jets. The huge bed with the memory foam mattress gave us the best rest ever. Everything was spotlessly clean. The warm welcome and the complimentary fridge filled with all kinds of treats made our stay unforgettable!

The views were spectacular. The house was spacious and accommodating. Not centrally located but worth having to travel a bit.
