Great apartment in a terrific spot, fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It even included nice touches with coffee, snacks and basic condiments. Very friendly host, allowed me to check back in and stay for the afternoon after my morning ferry was canceled and I had many hours to kill on a cold rainy day. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, just 2 minutes from the sea. The room is cleaned regularly and everything is very clean. The owner, Angelica, is wonderful, very kind and helpful. Breakfasts are fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel

Everything was soo good. Small balcony with a great view of the harbour with all the boats coming and leaving. The host were very nice and helpful. Nice, newly renoveted room with a very good bathroom. Very clean and a fast and free WiFi. Just perfect.

This property was a wonderful stay. It has all the comforts you need, plus rare direct access to a quiet, almost private beach. The view of the Corricella port from the beach is absolutely breathtaking. The garden is lovely, with a belvedere area overlooking the sea and harbour - perfect for relaxing. Procida can get quite crowded, but this place offers beautyand tranquility, making it an ideal choice for the island.

Had a great 3 day vacation here. Maria and Federico were great, always available. Picked us up from the port and then back. Two-room apartments are very comfortable and quiet. Closed courtyard with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is just down the elevator. We would definitely like to come back.

    A beautiful and pretty new room in a perfect location close to the best beach on Procida and small restaurants and a mini markt. You have a private outside space which very nice. There’s a nespresso Maschine and every day you get fresh local baked goods for breakfast. Additional there were some snacks, juices and water. The hosts are very nice and helpful. For Procida the price seems very fair. Will definitely recommend and do again!

    - The location is amazing. Incredible sunsets, 30sec away from the beach, bus stop and restaurants (+small grocery store) close by. - Beach club and cool vibes during the day, very calm in the morning or after the musics stops at 9pm. - Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Especially Paolo and Andrea were outstanding!! They were always up for a joke and had great recommendations. - cute (and alaways hungry) dog named Pepe:) the master of cuteness - it is a place where you can really relax and enjoy dolce far niente

    The beach is a 30 second walk, with beautiful sunsets every day. A short walk along the beach will take you to a beach with cleaner water, a pay area, and restaurants. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The kids really enjoyed playing in the grass garden and having a campfire. The supermarket is a bit far, but we rented bicycles so we could go to many places at our leisure. I would definitely go back.

    First of all, the location of this place is just amazing! Without the beach right there and the sunsets, there would be nothing much to say. Our host, Alberto, was very nice and helpful, quickly sorting out a mix up with our booking when we arrived. We basically had two separate rooms, with a door adjoining. Good shower, adequate kitchen facilities. Wi fi. Mostly, the beach, the beach, the beach!
