Beautiful villa with large garden and view over the bay, less than 5 mins walking from the beach and 10 from the old center. Very nice staff, well maintained facilities, private parking available. Absolutely a great deal in terms of value for money - definitely top recommendation for accomodation in San Felice Circeo. Also considering money go to a veey good cause

We had an amaizing experience, room was very clean, the entrance with a great atmosphere. Really friendly staff and very helpfull. Great breakfast and especially great morning coffee. It’s location minutes away from the beach and it was a great pleasure staying there. Highly recommend!!

The staff is amazing, friendly, very helpful, speaks excellent English. The location is perfect, on the sea but not noisy. Very tasty breakfast, free bicycles for self use. In short, much more than we expected.
