The hotel staff is super nice, caring, friendly . They made us feel the most welcomed guests and made our stay absolutely wonderful! I loved the property, smart living, well maintained with traditional decor yet modern equipments, Amazing view! incredibly nice host!! I checked out and checked in again a day after because I couldn’t feel as comfortable as I was at the property. The stuff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room and other resort facilities were impeccably clean and still cleaned daily to perfection. The elevator in that not hi-rise building adds even more convenience. The view from the balcony of the lake and faraway mountains was breathtaking. The hotel itself possesses a quiet ambience. Breakfasts provided a good choice of typically European foods with juices, vegetables, breads, meats, cheeses and condiments, Eggs and coffee are prepared fresh on order. The hotel has a wide green lawn studded by trees and flowering shrubs overlooking the lake and the promenade. Not an overly touristy location, the private parking situated next to the hotel and a nice seafood restaurant "La Nova Pieve" close by make the place a perfect spot for either short or long vacation.
