This charming boutique hotel/villa in San Foca boasts an excellent location within walking distance to both the beach and city center. The rooms had a high standard with sturdy blackouts and good AC. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good and offered both savory and sweet alternatives. The owner and staff were very helpful to assist us if we had any issues and the atmosphere was very good. The outdoor pool was in good condition with the majority in the shade. Parking is effortless in this area of San Foca. We were very happy with the location, San Foca and neighboring places have several blue flag beaches. By car you can easily visit must see places like Roca and Torre dell'Orso which are minutes away. As well as Otranto and city of Leeche (30 min in either direction).

Wonderful complex in Puglia near Torre dell’Orso beach. The room was even more beautiful than we’ve expected. We had the splendid pool just for us after a good breakfast buffet. The receptionist was very kind and nice with us for checkin and checkout.
