    Perfect location. The room was a good size and clean. The breakfasts were really good, especially the freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. Reception staff were very helpful. The pool was perfect to cool down in and there were the most amazing sunsets from the garden at the rear. Watching the mama ducks with their babies in the garden was an added bonus 😊.

    Very friendly staff, they accommodated all wishes. Great location, which is a great starting point for trips in the surrounding area. A beautiful private beach. Clean and large pool. Large fridge.

    The lake is very close. There are trees on the beach, so you can lay in their shadow. Good air conditioner. A lot of restaurants are in the near.

    Property was in a good location, right next to a few lovely restaurants and either side of the lake, the private beach area had sun loungers you could use. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything you needed. Ricardo was always smiling and made our stay very pleasant.

    The apartment has an excellent location super close to old town and castle. The small private beach access was a nice bonus for swimming though is not accessible for all. The washing machine was easy to use and the apartment was well equipped for breakfast with basics like coffee tea oil sugar and salt available. Parking space under ground was tight, but a big bonus as Sirmione can get very busy. Host Diana was attentive and friendly.

    I loved the view from the room. The staff was nice and helpful. The property was on a great location. Private beach was very well kept and it had an amazing view of the sunset.

    Perfect location, easy and prompt communication. We had a lake view apartment, and the views were fantastic: from sunrise to sunset and all day long. There seem to be 16 apartments in the property, but it was always quiet and private. It has its own bridge to the like. You can go swimming from there or park your boat. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and castle so as public beaches.
