Location, right to the seasore. Large and very well utiled appartment, two bedrooms (a master and a separate one with three beds for children), large bath, livingroom and the kitchen with the sea view. Balcony along the entire apartment. A plus is the private parking place ( very difficult with to find a public parking place during daytime). It was a very good base to travel alongside the Azur Coast, easy to reach any location using the Autobahn. Or, with pacience and without payment, alongside the litoral road thru the small villages.

It is the worst hotel I have been. 1) it is hard to get in gate due to malfunction of system. I waited to get in about 1hour 2) the hotel host told a lie for me. I requested several time via booking.com and WhatsAPP. But they said to me”they will send me” but they have not been up to now. 3) everything is dirty and during a night I could not open window due to worm. If my friend and family stayed here, I would stop them booking this accomdation.

Good bed, great shower and good wifi. Friendly owner gave clear instructions for the key’s and was always available for questions. Coffee, tea, some water and a TV with instructions for streaming we didn’t use.This very clean apartment was everything we needed and hoped for. It’s in between of Ventimiglia and Bordighera and in walking distance of a beach.
