Booked my stay very late in the night but the host was kind enough to have the caretaker direct us and wait for our arrival. The house was very homely, clean sheets very good pillow. I literally blacked out!

Just an excellent experience. Easy check-in, large, clean apartment, right on the beach, close to town, and even AC in the bedroom (so important for a good night's sleep in these temperatures). The value for money is outstanding; the host really could charge more. As for the host himself, I have travelled throughout Kenya using Booking dot com on many occasions and Patrick is by far the best host yet - kind, polite, highly professional and always available. I highly recommend Patrick and this apartment.

The experience at this BnB on Silver Sands Beach was nothing short of amazing. Patrick was kind enough to check in from time to time and was always quick to respond whenever I reached out. Jemimah was incredibly helpful throughout our month-long stay, often going above and beyond. I really appreciated the weekly complimentary drinking water and fresh fruit juice upon check-in. There’s no washer, but for a small fee, laundry is done for you within a day. The place itself feels newly renovated and comes with two TVs—the one in the living room also supports AirPlay. The WiFi speed was impressive, reaching up to 100 Mbps, which is unheard of on the coast, and it was mostly consistent. The compound is peaceful, filled with birds chirping and breezy palm trees. It also features a huge saltwater pool and an amazing beach with not too many beach boys. The beach is literally just outside the gate—perfect for romantic sunset walks or morning runs. Several beachfront restaurants keep life interesting when you’re not in the mood to cook. If you prefer to cook, fresh produce can be purchased from Naivas, just 2.5 km away, accessible via a short tuk-tuk ride. The ceiling fans were quiet and provided enough cooling throughout the day and night, though we mostly didn’t use them since the breeze flowing through the apartment was sufficient. Overall, 10 out of 10—I’d return in a heartbeat!

I am a regular traveller to Malindi and book a different place each time. I have now found a place to return to for my future visits. I highly recommend Kaleb’s. The rooms are clean and have everything needed including kitchenette with kettle, microwave, fridge etc. The large saltwater pool is amazing and I miss it already! The grounds are stunning and staff is very efficient, personable and helpful. Security guards are great and you feel instantly safe. A 50 metre path through flowers takes you straight to the stunning beach and town is about 500 metres. There are motorbikes and tuk tuks waiting just outside the gates, so it’s a quick ride. I absolutely loved my stay!
