Staff was friendly, helpful and provided good service. We loved the pool. The hotel wasn't too busy so there were lots of places to lounge. The breakfast is fantastic, great variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant one evening which was also good and decent prices. The hotel provides new bottled water each day. It's even much better in person. They have 3 restaurants on the property. The boat restaurant serves amazing seafood. My only regret is that we did not spend enough time exploring the facilities at the hotel. We were always out to see beautiful Mombasa. We will be back!Guest review byPhindileYoung couple
