The kindness and respect of the staff. The breakfast was amazing with hot, cold, dessert station, Korean specific station and the live cooking station. The room was very clean and we were upgraded to an ocean view room which had a view to the landing airstrips. The toilet was heated. Everything was chargeable, but we had 3 complimentary bottles of water. The shuttle bus transfer is free of charge to and from the airport. There is a timetable available at the hotel which they provide you with.

In the Jung-gu district of Incheon, close to Unseo Station, Incheon Airport Mr Kim Guest House has a shared lounge and a washing machine.

The beds were so soft and comfortable. Location was perfect - easy access to restaurants and convenience stores, but also close to the airport.

They went out of there way to accommodate me when I couldn't reach within their normal check in hours. The facilities were nicely kept and the staff weed very courteous. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a delay with our flight. The hotel changed our dates with no penalty. This was very nice. They also advanced the payment of our taxi from Incheon, which had to be paid in cash. This was very helpful. The rooms are big with a nice view on the beach.
