The owners were so nice and helpful. The accommodations were beautiful and clean. The room was nice and warm. They even added a heated blanket to the bed that was warmed and waiting for us at our arrival. There were also a great amount of towels. The bathroom was extremely spacious. The area was also the most perfect location. The owners also gave us brochures to help us navigate the area and find things to do. Gangreung is a beautiful place all year round. This pension and its owner made our visit evem more beautiful. Thank you so much 💓

The location and the hot springs bath were the best in the Top Ten Hotel. We selected this property specifically for the hot springs bath, and it met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Newly opened in January of 2018, St. John’s Hotel is located along Gangmun Beach in Gangneung.

Gyungpo Soo Hotel is set in Gangneung, with Gyeongpo Beach just across the street and Gyoengpo Lake 328 feet behind the hotel.

The location was fantastic, literally just across from the beach with convenience stores and eateries around. Although we didn't book a room with an ocean view, the lake view was pretty too! The room was big and comfortable, but I wished they had better/newer hair dryers. Hotel staff were also very sweet as they gave guests a box of chocolates for the New Year.
