Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lounge area and the cutest cat ever living on the property. The hotel is located right next to other hotels but you still get the feeling of being in the forest. The barista makes good coffee and the restaurant food was also very nice.

Everything was just perfect! The hotel is located in a very beautiful nature area, overlooking the lake, mountains and the woods. Very clean, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Staff very nice and always ready to answer any question or inquiry. Amazing breakfast buffet with anything for anyone, all tastes great. The sauna and hammam were clean and nice warm temperature. Good size swimming pool. Really good gym with many useful TechnoGym equipment, where it’s possible to have a good workout with lovely view to the beautifully maintained garden. All was just perfect! I travel often, but rarely I have seen standards like these’

We had the place to ourselves because we stayed in low season. It was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. There were a variety of choices. It was a very short walk to the lake and about a kilometre and a half to the town centre. There's a great boardwalk by the lake.
