We absolutely loved this hotel. Out of all the hotels we stayed in for a month in Sri Lanka we liked this one and one other hotel the best. We got the room at a reduced rate online and the value for money was exceptional. The property has small number of rooms yet has so much space and so many sitting areas. The gardens and decor are really nice. The pool was really nice and clean. The beach area is really nice to walk and clean, really great beach for walking and just ten minutes walk on beach to main area. The rooms are really nice, very large, very clean, great bed and linen and areas to sit and big balcony with very comfortable seating. The bathroom is large and good. The bathroom is a bit open but they put mosquito prevention items etc and there weren’t any mosquitoes as they fumigate but would be easier if they just put flyscreen in bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The property feels very luxurious and intimate. The dinner menu was limited with western food only that was very formal and no snacks etc. It is understandable to have limited menu because at the time we stayed there were only three groups of guests. However there are many eating options in Bentota so there was no problem at all, the place across the road was cheap and cheerful and Nova Seafood was really, really good.

What a great start to our holiday in Sri Lanka. Wasantha & Nishanthi are wonderful hosts, their kindness, smiles & sense of humour made us feel at home. We had a fun time cycling around Bentota and the local area on their push bikes. The guesthouse is across the road from the beach which is an added bonus. We have been in Sri Lanka for five weeks and can say that Nishanthi’s breakfasts are by far the best - a great introduction to Sri Lankan food. We will certainly recommend the guesthouse to all our friends & family.

The Villa was absolutely gorgeous. So stylish and well designed. The Villa is very new and the quality of everything is exceptionally high. The bed linen and towels were very high quality and the bed was so comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely . The whole villa is 5* standard . The hosts were so friendly and helpful. They could organise airport transfers and river safari and tuk tuks. The Villa is well positioned .Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants but also very private and secure. The breakfasts were lovely and the hosts also cooked delicious Sri Lankan evening meal if you want for a very reasonable charge .
