Beach Hotels in Bentota

The place was a little bit secret. From outside, we can not see how beautiful the interior is. It seems there are not too many customers in the hotel. It was quiet. From the hotel, we could walk to the beach. The second last night in Sri Lanka, the hotel was fantastic!

Sometimes when you travel you get fortunate and you pick a place like Sri Lankashire. Beautiful building big clean rooms great breakfast but the highlight are the owners Wasanthi and Nisanthi. They make you feel like being part of their family always smiling giving good advice try to protect you and taka care of you. They are a reason to come back in Sri Lanka. It's been an honor meeting you guys hope to see you again. For travelers that want a home like accommodation look no further.

The host was very nice with us and the breakfast was really big and tasty.

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

Right on the beach. Airy spacious clean rooms with big balconies facing the sea. Sea view from the bed. Clean big bathroom. Great pool. Amazing staff, amazing service. Delicious breakfast served anytime in the am you want. Makes you feel at home. Spotless beach.

the owner with his biggest and cutest Labrador in Sri Lanka. The owner who earns money and supports poor and needy people, so if you want to help people in Sri Lanka, it is worth leaving your money with Chami. You can also eat great fish at Villa Chami (I recommend it with tomato sauce). And Maja the dog is the entertainment of the entire Bentota beach, swimming and playing in the waves of the sea. People come to take photos and videos of Maja. A special couple Chami and Maja

We recently spent a few days at the villa, and overall, the impressions were positive. The villa is located in a quiet area, creating a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The villa's grounds were well-maintained, clean, and charming. We were particularly pleased with the availability of free sunbeds, mattresses, and towels, making beach time incredibly comfortable. The presence of a small restaurant on the premises, where dishes are prepared by a professional team of chefs, was also a delightful surprise. Delicious food is an essential aspect of a fulfilling vacation. The room we stayed in, situated on the second floor, was spacious and cozy. The interior met hotel standards with a wardrobe, luggage shelf, mirror, bedside tables, and ample lighting. The large balcony with a view of the pool and the sea was especially enjoyable, adding an extra layer of coziness. It's worth mentioning the responsive staff, who make an effort to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was also of a high standard – diverse and hearty, providing options to suit various tastes.

Beautiful boutique hotel with very great details to the interiors, loved their food and they are very accommodating and cook anything outside of their menu too. Beach is accessible and a pleasant one. Would definitely recommend it

The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future.
