Very nice place , awesome staff, they kept my bag with them for more than 2 weeks till I came back from Thailand. Very friendly and good cook. Place is kinda away from everything, good for a one night transit stay :)

We stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The location is great. the front door opens directly to the beach, so it felt super relaxing from the start. The host was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he greeted us happily and gave us a quick introduction about the room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, basic coffee-making items, free Wi-Fi, and also had AC, a ceiling fan, and hot water available, which made the stay even better. They offer breakfast with both English and local options. He asked us what we preferred and at what time, and the food was really good. They also included a little dessert and banana, which was a nice touch. They also have meal plans for lunch and dinner, which is really convenient if you don’t feel like going out. At one point, the host asked if we’d like to swim in the ocean and mentioned a nearby clean ocean pool that was close by. He even provided towels for it. The place overall was excellent. definitely worth the money. It’s also very close to the airport, which is convenient. If you want to order food from outside, Uber Eats works in the area too. We were very happy about the place and will definitely visit again.

the room is beg and clean, the ait condition is ok, the only "negative" point is there is not hot shower but it is really hot outside so it is good to take a fresh shower ! the breakfast and the dinner was really nice and the area is cute near to the beach. and you can ask for a massage too for a very low price

Very clean, new and modern apartment building. Two bathrooms and everything else was provided (incl bittled water) Mahesh is a very nice and friendly landlord. Due to lightning strike the day before, his apartment’s AC was broken down but he arranged for an equal apartment in the same building immediately. Also he helped us buy some food late in the evening during heavy rain and a thunderstorm by driving us around the village. The next morning he took us to the airport in his car as a courtesy although he had to go to work himself. Extraordinary great hospitality. Thanks a lot.

Villa sea breeze was such a a lovely place to stay for our last couple of nights in Sri Lanka. It's in a great location for the airport and the beach/lagoon but very quiet. The pool was huge and deep enough for a proper swim. The outdoor area was really well done and it was lovely to have the space to ourselves. The villa bedrooms are decorated really nicely with lots of Sri Lanka art and felt very homely. The beds were huge and really comfy and the aircon was great and very quiet. The owner met us with the keys and showed us round. There was a great functioning kitchen with tea/coffee and milk provided and cold water. Nothing too much trouble as usual in this wonderful country. We ordered lunch to be delivered by the pool, from a local restaurant (Uber eats tuk tuk!!) and both evenings went to Dutch Trails restaurant by the lagoon. This was very classy and lots of seafood and other western and Sri kankan dishes. But very reasonable price and of course great service. The villa owner arranged for a tuk tuk for us to get there would highly recommend for a bit if r and r before or after the airport.

The villa is located right by the beach with a wonderful sunset view. The room was very spacious and clean and breakfast was delicious. The staff was amazing and very helpful. What I liked the most is that they have a separate leisure room by the pool with AC and full bathroom which can be used to keep luggage safe when you arrive before the check-in time or need to stat somewhere after checking out. I had to wait a few hours before heading to the airport and this room was super convenient to rest and refresh before my journey. The best place I stayed in on my trip to Sri Lanka.
