This property is literally located on the beach. The minute you step out u face is the sea. You can hear the waves 🌊 sounds even if u are in room it’s so soothing. I would like to come again and stay just for the location. Getting up in the morning lazily walking around the beach, what else u need. To add on to that the host will treat u with the great breakfast which u can enjoy with a beach view

I received a very warm welcome. Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

Oh my. This blew our expectations out of the water. It might just have been the best value place I’ve stayed at across 36 countries. We were the only guests; the villa only has one guest suite, and we were cared for so so so well; colorful gorgeous breakfasts, little knocks on the door occasionally with a yummy smoothie, all the info we could want about the area, and the rooms… such gorgeous lighting, so many interesting pieces of art, such a luxurious vibe, so peaceful and quiet, AC at this price, SO much storage space to keep all our luggage organized and off the floor, wow wow wow wow. Definitely try Senorita Public House down the road, we’ve been in Sri Lanka three weeks now and that remains the best restaurant we’ve been at so far.

We loved our stay here with our two children (0 and 2 years old). The host is most friendly en very very helpfull, the house is very spacious, the kids loved the swimmingpool (clean, the staff was cleaning it multiple times a day to get rid of all the leaves etcetera that have fallen in during the day)! Big plus was the shallow kids area in the pool! Breakfast was good and the host can arrange delivered food if you want to eat dinner and don’t feel like cooking. The accommodation is new to booking.com, but already has multiple good reviews on google.

We only stayed for two nights but we had a great welcome at this place! They have a very kind staf and nice rooms. We even got a free upgrade to the superior room. The view over the ocean is so beautiful. But since the sea is so rough it's not possible to go for a swim. Luckily they have a pool for a refreshing dive! The service was excellent: Vijey did a superb job and always had a huge smile. He prepared some great dishes with fresh products: delicious grilled chicken and nice nasi goreng with seafood. And at the breakfast we really loved his mangoshake. Altough there is a lot of littering along the coastline you should definitely take a walk at the beach: the waves are so amazing and you'll get a beautiful view of the skyline of Colombo. And if you're lucky, you will be escorted by the two friendly dogs of the hotel. We really enjoyed our short stay here!

Very friendly, kind, helpful staff. I liked our big and clean room with ocean view. Friendly locals living in the area of the hotel. The woman at the reception was extremely friendly. Also Dinesh and the other helper were very nice. Dinesh took us for a trip around the area and picked us up from the airport. We had dinner and breakfast. No complaints. Everything went smoothly. Good level of hygiene. Ideal if you are coming from or going to the airport but not just. Perfect stay.
