Within 5minute walk from property, there's the town centre where the bank, supermarket, fresh fruit, vegetable and fish stalls are! There are also snack shops, a decent restaurant, along with train station and bus stand nearby. In front of the property, there is the Habaraduwa beach which is beautiful and feels just like your personal beach as there are not much visitors. We arranged all our trips with the caretaker 'Lahiru' with his car and the rates are very reasonable. Special thanks to Lahiru as he was very professional, attentive to our needs and friendly!

Spacious and functional. Beautiful view from the big balcony. Good kitchen with everything that you need. Direct access to the beach via the turtle hatchery. Very nice landlords who was happy to help and guide us during our stay.

We had a lovely time at Bieshu Beach Hive. The room was very beautiful, peaceful and spaciousness and the luxury vibe contributed to a nice atmosphere. The manager was very helpful, the rest of the staff doesn't speak English though.

Very helpful hosts, they gave rice and curry every day, the villa is nice and clear. Aquarium with light makes cozy atmosphere. Koggala beach is like a wild beach and beautiful. I recommend to go to the lake with boat safari - you will see crocodile, a lot of monkeys , varans and birds

    Many thanks to John and his team for the great time we spent at Josan Villa. Our room on the upper floor was huge with a great view. The food was great and the team even organized a private sunset dinner for us right on the beach. At the same time, we were taken care of in a touching way. Josan's team organized the repair of our cell phone, booked taxi rides and organized tuktuk trips. The time in Josan's villa was simply great!

    The staff was very nice. I am vegan and they especially prepared a nice breakfast for me. The room had an amazing view as the Villa is right on the beach. The owner John is an amazing person who made sure our stay was wonderful and comfortable. Thank you Josan Villa team

    New rooms (business started 6 months ago), absolutely clean and equiped with everything you need, except for mosquito net. Super kind owners with two cute children - the family lives downstairs. Perfect location - basicly right on the beach and just a few steps from the town centre. Several nice restaurants in close neighbourgood. Rich and tasty breakfasts! Highly recommended!!

    Located right on the beach, the hotel offers beatiful view to the sea. The beach is very clean and nice. The room is huge and comfortable. Free sunbeds from the hotel. John is a very kind, helpful and professional. We thank him for all he did for us.

    Right on the beach, fantastic views from the balcony of all 3 suites, spotlessly clean and fantastic staff. Breakfast and evening meals are fabulous. The suites are very spacious, very comfortable beds and spotless linen. Great WiFi and very comfortable sunbeds. John (the owner) is very approachable and will do everything he can to make your stay a memorable experience. Thank you guys! 😊

    Friendly, local and right on the beach, Villa Jungle offers comfortable accommodation and spacious rooms. It is a quiet beach, making it great for families. There is not much in the line of bars, restaurants and shopping in the immediate area, but the Villa's restaurant is on site.
