We stayed 6 nights at this lovely hotel. There are only 6 rooms so it’s very peaceful. We had a room on the first floor with fabulous sea and beach views. All of the rooms have these views. The sunsets are amazing! The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are extremely spacious and very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. The owner is Austrian which may account for the very high standards of fittings and no decor. The pool and gardens are lovely with plenty of du beds. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. It’s not it the town center but there are several beach restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s very easy and cheap to order a Tuk-Tuk via Uber, costing about €1,50 each way, to the town center. We very much recommend enjoyed our stay here and are quite certain that it is one of the nicest hotels in this area.

The hotel is new and the room was very clean and comfortable. Stunning view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony. The beach is 2 minutes from the room, comfortable sun loungers and quality service. Breakfast was very tasty and hearty, service was on par. Were 2 nights and it was an absolute relaxation and a lovely holiday at 100%

We booked a room in this villa to finish of our Sri Lanka trip and we were rewarded an amazing stay here 😊 The staff is very kind and helpful. We loved having chats with Thilina and he took great care of us. The rooms were very clean and spacious including hairdryer, minibar, safe etc. Being first row at the beach, you can enjoy a swim in the sea and listen to the ocean sounds while relaxing at the pool. You can opt for either English or Sri Lankan breakfast. We choose the latter and loved it (especially the coconut rotties). In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at the villa prepared by the villa chef or take a tuktuk for about 400 LKR to Hikkaduwa beach where you’ll find plenty restaurants at the beach as well. We can definitely recommend both.

We had a wonderful stay here and can’t recommend it enough. The family who runs the guesthouse is incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help. They arranged airport pickup for us, which made arriving so easy. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the laundry service was excellent. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you need. A place that made our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, right on the beach, short walk to the sand bottom beach and main surfing breaks. Room was clean and had all the facilities we needed. Very convenient restaurant always available with a good range of food and drinks.

Offers good services. The quality-price ratio is fair. We had good conditions, the room was clean and the stuff was friendly. Buddhika’s warmth added charm. The restaurant offered tasty food. The pool and private beach are cleaned every morning. The resort’s location is excellent, right on the beach and in the center of Hikkaduwa. Nearby there are: Turtle beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATMs, restaurants, bars, tour desk, etc.

The staff was great and very friendly! Our room was right on the beach and it was a great experience. We would wake up to the sound of the ocean and felt the fresh sea air every morning. The BBQ we had was also good and there were many good options on the menu for food. It was a short walk down the beach to many other restaurants and bars.
