Look no further if you are looking for a place to stay in Negombo! The family who owns the homestay are the nicest people I’ve met in Sri Lanka! They even welcomed me with fresh juice, and at times surprised me with nice breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very quiet, the bathroom is modern, there is also hot shower although you don’t really need. There is also outside seating area. You can prepare hot water as well in the kitchen. The location is also great! There is a small supermarket at the end of the road if you are in need of anything. A quiet section of the beach is about 5 mins walk and plenty of restaurants on the main road and a bigger supermarket which are 3 mins walk away. I stayed here 7 nights and I wish I could stay longer. But I will be back for a day or two at least before I leave Sri Lanka.

Accommodation was near the beach, so beautiful and quiet!!!! Amazing room with air conditioning and very clean!!! Stuff was really kind and friendly, they made as dinner and breakfast both delicious!!! I wish we could stay at least day more

We stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The location is great. the front door opens directly to the beach, so it felt super relaxing from the start. The host was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he greeted us happily and gave us a quick introduction about the room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, basic coffee-making items, free Wi-Fi, and also had AC, a ceiling fan, and hot water available, which made the stay even better. They offer breakfast with both English and local options. He asked us what we preferred and at what time, and the food was really good. They also included a little dessert and banana, which was a nice touch. They also have meal plans for lunch and dinner, which is really convenient if you don’t feel like going out. At one point, the host asked if we’d like to swim in the ocean and mentioned a nearby clean ocean pool that was close by. He even provided towels for it. The place overall was excellent. definitely worth the money. It’s also very close to the airport, which is convenient. If you want to order food from outside, Uber Eats works in the area too. We were very happy about the place and will definitely visit again.

Lourdes inn is a quaint quiet extremely clean spacious place to stay in Negombo . The staff are very accomodating and kind . The room is huge , the bed was fab and there’s a pool if you need . Well worth considering if you’re flying into Colombo and heading east don’t stay in Colombo … do that on your way out !

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!
