Beautiful seaside villa with swimming pool, spatious space and rooms. Due to some serious family situation we had to leave after one night instead of 5 booked nights and owners were very nice and helpful, they charged us only for one night. This place is for people who like privacy, silence and place far from the city rush. The city center is quite far, cca 30 min by tuktuk. You can order food in the villa, we tried only breakfast and it was good.

This was my second time staying here at this lovely little homestay. The family that runs it are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright and very clean, there is a/c and fan. Breakfast is served with local dishes and a large portion of fresh fruit. I also had a very good dinner of grilled fresh fish. I can highly recommend it, if you are going to be in Negombo for a short time and want to be close to the airport, it is the perfect place.

Sanjeewa and his wife provided a warm welcome to Sri Lanka . I arranged a lift from the airport with them which is only 10 minutes away . Sri Lankan breakfast in the morning was lovely and always served with a smile . The room was clean ,cool and mosquito free . Sanjeewa was an excellent source of local information and helped me with my ongoing travel itinerary As a sole female traveller I felt safe here The overall experience was warm , friendly , clean , convenient and excellent value for money

The property was really nice, new property with clean rooms and washrooms and very near to all cafes, supermarket and beach. Owner was really nice and of helpful nature. Breakfast also available on very reasonable price as per request. Really enjoyed my stay and love to visit again.

Sirena Villa Holiday Lodge is centrally located in Negombo, just about 200 meters from the beach. The property boasts spacious, clean rooms and is brand new. My most excellent satisfaction is the car park because it is well-protected within the property rather than parking outside. The lodge is conveniently situated next to a Sri Lankan pub-style restaurant, making it easy for guests to enjoy local cuisine. Additionally, there is a traditional Chinese restaurant right next door, offering even more dining options.
