Fantastic location - close to the Porto Montenegro Marina as well as the older Tivat; great rooftop terrace with a small pool overlooking the bay and the marina; great restaurant Mila in the hotel with an exceptional cook and a diverse à la carte breakfast; a very pleasant staff; every room has a nice balcony.

The location of the studio we booked was perfect, offering easy access to the marina promenade and great seaview. The girl who greeted us was nice, on time and explained to us everything necessary about the apartment, heating, wifi and how to get around. We arrived around 2pm and it was great that she told us that the supermarket at the promenade had a winter schedule and was closing at 5pm, so we managed to get a few things we needed for the weekend before it closed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

This property is perfect for both long or short stay. Everything you need is right next to you. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The view is fascinating. Parking is right in front of the building. Nice beach with all the facilities is right next to you. The main thanks and the main treasure of this place (apart from the nice and very thoughtfully equipped apartment with everything you need) is the team and the owner who made our stay incredible and easy to arrange in all aspects. Fab apartment. Everything you could want including a washing machine which came in handy before we moved on. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well kept. Bed comfy. We particularly loved the great views from the good sized balcony and sitting out watching early morning swimmers some still out into late evening. Izaak very friendly and helpful when we asked a couple of qs about facilities in the location.

Our stay at Martiva was perfect! When we arrived, Neno (the owner) met us in a very friendly way, offered drinks and gave us some helpful hints about Kotor: best restaurants, shops and ofcourse the sights. The apartments have everything we needed: a kitchen to cook some food, a bathroom to take a shower and a cozy bedroom to have a great sleep at night. The place is just 50 meters from the sea and you can enjoy the stunning views from the terrace while drinking a cup of coffee in the morning: The sea to the left and the mountains to the right. If we ever come back to Kotor (I'm 99.9 sure that we will, as we fell in love with the vibe of the city) we will definitely call Neno to see if he can accommodate us again.

The location of the apartment is excellent. The property is very close to the old town and there is public parking available. There is a small public beach right across the property. The views from the balcony are also very nice
