I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the coast, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers. The hotel has one of the most amazing position I have ever met…directly on the water. The rooms are cleaned everyday with great care. The breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh every day and the orange juice was real orange juice, not store bought. Also, the hotel has a parking which has 24/7 surveillance. The sea is cleaned everyday and warm, even though the entrance is rocky it has more than 80/90 meters of fine sand and clear water. Last but not least, the owners are making sure every second that you have all that you need, they give you great recommendations with places and beaches.

the homemade breakfast with fresh vegetables & fruit. the bread was really soft & tasty. the restaurant is also very good. staff are very friendly & helpfull. the beach is a 5 min drive or small half hour walk.

The location was very suitable near the beach reachable by foot. Very familyfriendly Hotel, the rooms were clean and cozy, the pool with 2 different depths was clean with enough space for everybody, music in the background was not too loud and gave it a chill atmosphere at the pool, perfect for relaxing or having a drink. The breakfast had a variety of different foods and drinks to choose from. Especially what impressed me the most and very positively was Alen and his whole staff. They were extremely friendly and compassionate. Alen even called me before arriving to tell me that the room is already finished incase i wanted to checkin before usual time. That friendly manners also went on with his whole staff who always cared about your needs and answered every question we had. I for myself found the perfect location in case I‘ll visit Ulqin again and can highly recommend this hotel for anyone who likes to visit Ulqin in a relaxing environment . Thank you Alen and your whole staff for everything, it was just perfect.

Exquisite place. Spotless clean rooms. Host was super informative and polite. We had to make some last minute changes and he was accomodating to the max. The view was phenomenal, and the room had all the necessary things one needs during a vacation. Highly suggested 10/10

Azra was an excellent host! From the moment I arrived she definitely did everything she could to make me feel at home. She also send me a guide with pictures of how to get there that was extremely essential. The bedroom is super comfortable, spacious and with a large bathroom, there is also a kitchen available for guests to use. In the common area, at the balcony, you can seat and relax with a breathtaking view of the sunset. Location is close to 2 beaches, and not far from walking to ladies beach or Ibiza beach as well

We came here as 3 couples. All of us were very happy to stay here. Owners were very attentive and friendly. Especially the food was very good. We ate amazing fish for dinnet. Squid was legendary. Rooms were clean and the view was amazing. You should definitely stay here when you come to Ulcinj.
