The beautiful and genuine smiles from the team. You can tell they have a solid team lead by some fine, professional and passionate hands on management, who are always present to greet & make time to chat to each guest. That in itself was pretty amazing. We were greeted and treated with such care from the moment we arrived to when we had to bid farewell. Thank you for an amazing experience and we highly recommend Lux Le Morne for its magical back drop, the most natural dolphin swim with skipper Dan on the beach front, delicious food and most of all the service is just what you should expect from a hotel at this level.

A wonderful place and warm and charming people at a level I did not know. They took care of everything for me at any hour even for special requests beyond the usual. Everything is very clean and tidy and well-equipped, a large and comfortable bed, there are sitting areas and a pleasant and large balcony facing the beach. The location is excellent, right on the beach and accessible to public transportation. A supermarket is a few minutes away by bus. Soorekha and Navin are lovely people, they treated me just like a family member, professionals and know how to recommend trails according to the nature of my trip, guide and help me get there, organize guided tours for me when I needed them and helped me personally with things I needed more than usual and continued to be there for me even after that I left and when I needed help at every hour.

It was our honeymoon and we received some special treatment like special dinner, romantic bath and etc. Even without that, it is a great hotel. Clean and very beautiful, you can feel like in paradise. Food and drinks are good. This hotel also provides some free water sport activities and water skiing for a very good price. The friendly staff created an amazing atmosphere for my husband and I. They could not have done more for us. From the cleaners, to the bartenders (Hansley Zanzibar especially), to the activity coordinators (Steeve Cassy was exceptional), everyone catered to our differed preferences. We were never by the pool empty handed thanks to the amazingly attentive waiters. We relaxed by the pool, swam with dolphins, played golf in one of the most stunning locations we’ve both ever seen, played table tennis & tennis, tried our hand at archery & ate and drank lots and lots. The rooms were impeccable- especially our sea view room. The bed was so comfortable & the shower was a treat. Thank you all for showing us the beauty of Mauritius! Definitely take time to explore the resort to its fullest on your first day learning about the spa packages, restaurants and activities available to you.

The staff were exceptional and so welcoming, as other reviewers have said it is the staff that make the hotel memorable. They go above and beyond to ensure each guest is happy. The sea view is also absolutely stunning and we definitely recommend having both breakfast and dinner there. We also loved how the hotel felt cosy and it was easy to get around. Some people have said that the rooms are a bit dated- this may be the case compared with other luxury hotels however the sand suites rooms are clean and well maintained, and I would say that the design fits the island vibe nicely.
