There are no words to describe this incredible experience at Mathiveri, a small island with simple but very kind and hospitable inhabitants. It has magnificent beaches with free sun loungers and swings, an easily accessible sand island, and a soothing sense of tranquility. Staying at Velana Vibes made us feel at home. Munzir, the owner, was always available to meet any request or need. We could use the kitchen, fully equipped for preparing our meals, the lounge area for working or enjoying conversations with friends, the machine ready for free coffee and tea at any time, and safe drinking water was always available. We are certain that Velana Vibes is the most well-maintained accomodation on the island -new and aesthetically the most beautiful, with very spacious rooms with large bathrooms and all the necessary comforts. Munzir also runs a minimarket, and his stepmother owns a souvenirs shop, ensuring that guests have access to everything they might need. He personally arranged our speedboat transfer from and to Malé, picked us up at the port, and took us back with luggage transportation included. On the first day, he even organized a mini-kart tour of the island, as a courtesy from him, so we could get to know it better. Munzir is supported by Imma, the talented chef who prepared our breakfasts and meals on deserted islands (even for special dietary needs), as well as an excellent organizer and tour guide for customized and private excursions. What really made this experience truly magical was feeling among friends, having evening conversations with Imma and Munzir, who gave us advice, clarified doubts, and helped us understand the local customs, culture, and history. They shared jokes with us and even taught us a few words in their language. On the morning of our departure, we received a wonderful surprise: a delicious chocolate cake with 'We will miss you" written on it. It left us speechless. Baraabaru!

The property was very nice and clean and the stuff was great

I have been looking for cheap, simple but comfortable accommodation and I definitely found it! Ever Blue Guest House has only 4 rooms with share livingroom and also terrace dinning and kitchen which I could use. Room: comfortable bed (I like hard mattress), small fridge, TV, AC, fan, hairdryer, spacious bathroom with toilet, towels, beach towel, drying rack, daily water. What else do you wish for? Room was daily cleaned which I didn’t need. Breakfast: They always asked me what time I would like to have a breakfast and what would I like to have (I am not breakfast person plus have GF diet). I end up just with eggs and fruit but have been offered pancakes, sausages etc. Kitchen and dining area: I could use the kitchen and make my own food, coffee, tea. The great addition are also ceiling fans in dining area (they are actually everywhere) as when it’s really hot and humid this helps massively. I have to say huge thank you to the owner for helping me when weather was extremely bad and public boat was cancelled. He managed to find a private boat to take me to my next island. It was lovely to talk to him every evening and learn about his family, life on the island and much more.

There was a very friendly atmosphere and a helpful owner and his partner, who took care of every detail of my stay. The owner, Xaa, helped me completely by chance to visit the nearby Gangehi Resort, for which I am extremely grateful — it was a unique opportunity, as before I had only seen such places on YouTube or in other people’s stories. Additionally, I didn’t have to pay for the stay at the resort, which was a very kind gesture on his part. On site, Zidane took great care of the guest house where I stayed — it was always clean, regularly serviced, and he also helped me with a very important matter, for which not only I am grateful :)))))))))

Everything was perfect, clean rooms good wifi and amazing Maldivean breakfast everyone should try. The guesthouse owner was always ready to answer all of our questions and requests.

Room was clean and cleaned every day, few steps from beautiful bikini beach. Stuff were so friendly and awailable in each time of the day, especially Suru, she helped us with everything. They organised private snorkeling excursion for us. Food was diverse and delicious. Definetly will return if I again wisit Maldives
