This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started. The staff was always available to help out and refill our drinks. The food was good with a good amount of options. We spent most of our time laying on the beach under the umbrellas

Everything was superb. The greatest value of the hotel is the excellent stuff. Our special big thanks to: José - waiter who was always smiling, shining and joking, Bernardo - who did the best martini's and was always kind, Rodolfo - restaurant manager with a highest level of profesionality and perfect service, Dorcas - young smiling lady who welcomed us at the breakfast, Ana - concierge always ready to help, Miquel - perfect waiter, always nice and profesional, Marco and Ricky - a fantastic team who entertained us every day.
