An Unforgettable Stay at Bonheur! Our recent stay at the Bonheur at Karambunai, Sabah, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the serene atmosphere of this stunning retreat, set against the backdrop of lush greenery and the crystal-clear waters of the South China Sea. It was perfectly maintained, offering us a private space to unwind while soaking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The villa's open-plan design made it feel expansive and airy, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space. Exceptional Service The service provided by the staff was impeccable. From the warm check-in process to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, we felt genuinely cared for. It was clear that guest satisfaction was their top priority, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. The location is secluded yet accessible, offering peace and tranquility without being too far from essential amenities. We spent our days lounging by the pool, indulging in delicious meals prepared by the in-house chef, and exploring the nearby beaches.

The location is great. The view from the window is lovely. Great restaurants and shops downstairs and a laundrette.

We stayed at the Ocean Wing in a family room which was amazing. We have been pampered from arrival to departure time. We have enjoyed a lot the reserve and even saw hornbills there, by just wandering few minutes in it. The hotel also organises very interesting hikes in its own reserve. The staff is outstanding, incredible courtesy.

The porter was very kind. He explained in detail and supported our family.

Everything was excellent! The spacious 1 bedroom suite was amazing with steam shower and whirlpool bath. We had balcony facing swimming pool and the beach. Very quiet place with not so many people around...you can have the beach just for yourself most of the day. Cleaning every day. Staff very helpfull..organized for us car rental, airport transfer and trips. The place is a bit remote (restaurants are in the Nexus hotel nearby-free transfer) or you can walk along the beach. I loved that we got a pocket wifi..so we could stay connected everywhere.
