Beach Hotels in Dokkum

With less than 100 meters away from the beach, the location was simply amazing. The breakfast bar was also outstanding. Overall, I would highly recommend this place !!

Everything that we needed was very close, including good fishing spots!

EnJoy Lake and Sea Ferienhaus is a lovely holiday home, which has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The house features 3 bedrooms, a living room with a sitting area and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, and a garden with a sitting area, 2 lounge chairs and a small trampoline. The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a gas stove and an oven (no microwave). Bedlinen and towels are not included in the price, so you can either bring your own or rent them for an additional fee. You can park your car next to the cottage. The check-in procedure was easy and convenient: we received a number code for the locker that contained the key to the front door. Even though the place has 6 beds, I think it would feel a bit cramped if you'd indeed stay there with 6 people. We stayed there with 2 adults and 2 children, and it felt like the right size for our family. Esther, the owner, is very kind. Before we arrived, she already sent us a lot of information about things we could do during our stay. Upon arrival, we found a box of chocolates as a welcome gift, and some tea bags and pads for the coffee machine. During our stay, she would check with us to make sure everything was okay. The house is located on the terrain of Siblu camping Lauwersoog. However, since it is owned by private owners, it has just these little extra touches that make it feel a bit more like a home than I expect it would be if it were owned by the camping park. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is a bit better equipped than strictly necessary, and there are some board games for entertainment. You can use the facilties of the camping park. It has a restaurant and a take away, an indoor and outdoor playground for children, and a bicycle rental. During the summer season, there is also a park shop.

This is a lovely property right at the border of the town, well equipped, large and very clean. The owner was really friendly and helpful. Good base for day trips around the region by car. There is a rail track going just past the property, with frequent passenger trains, but it was hardly noticeable, even at night - the area is very quiet.

Absolutely delicious food with great wine and beer selection. Cozy stay, close to lighthouse. Convenient location, comfortable and friendly staff. Definitely want to come back:)
