We absolutely loved this hotel. We opted for a room with a view of the lake behind and it was beautiful. Room was bigger than expected, cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Plenty of parking, included in the price of the room. Staff were all wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The park is stunning, with a lovely little playground at the water's edge. Despite some traffic noise from the nearby main road, the park setting feels close to nature - lots of birdsong abounds! The lodge is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There isn't much in the way of shops and cafés in the immediate surroundings, but Vathorst train station with direct trains to various towns and cities is just a short walk away.

Nice and modern accommodation. Bigger than an average hotel room. Comfortable bed, nice shower, sitting area, and balcony overlooking the water. The room was very clean, and even when we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the personnel would leave fresh towels, toilet paper, and tea for us outside our door. All park employees were very friendly. It was quite busy at Aqua Mundo, but this was something to be expected. The location of the hotel rooms is quite convenient as they are less than 5 minutes away from all the main park shops, restaurants and pools. The parking lot isn't too far either. We will definitely visit again.

Elles was a wonderful, warm and very responsive host. To connect with her and her husband was always so easy and inspiring, Even just entering the terrain en to be welcomed by them as well as all the lovely animals on the farm made all our tiredness from traveling go away. The home to stay really is a delight, and also very inspiring when it comes to thinking of innovative ways to use materials and to treat the environment in a sustainable way. But above all, this has been a home away from home for us. The perfect place to rest after a long journey, amidst the peace of a "stiltegebied" (silence area) with endless fields stretching out as far as they eye can see. Far exceeded our expectations and loved as well how Elles made us a wonderful, delicious and wholesome breakfast even though we requested it only last-minute. Thank you so much for a wonderful time! Great small hotel with lovely helpful and friendly staff. The room had all that we needed, bed was very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful with various things - would stay again!

I liked everything: Very nice room/apartment with a fantastic view. Very close to town center. Lovely landlord, that really made my feel very welcome. Great and big breakfast. Lovely touch with the wine and snack. I give my best recommendations to Vúr De Diek.😀

The chalet is a beautiful property and having direct access to enter the lake from chalet is a wonderful feature, along with the ample outdoor space to sit back, enjoy the view and relax. Ricardo was very pleasant and reliable to communicate with. We did not need a car and found it easy to get to using Amersfoort Vathorst station which has great connections to many other places we visited. Also a great area to cycle around.
