Our stay at this lodge was exceptional. The property is ideally located by the lake, offering beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It features amenities like free kayaks, a jacuzzi, and a sauna, perfect for relaxation. The hotel is just a 10-minute drive from various restaurants, balancing convenience and tranquility. The hospitality of the caretakers, Sheryl and her husband, was outstanding, making us feel very welcome. The property was impeccably clean, and the English breakfast buffet was delicious!

All was perfect: the view, the room, the living room... The house is charming and the personnel is very nice. The breakfast was excellent and the dinner was served in a very warm setting.

It's a very well setup holiday park - attractively laid out with very good facilities in a very beautiful location right by the Blue Lake and still only 10 minutes from the centre of Rotorua. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable about activities available in the area.

Located on the shores of Lake Rotorua, this luxury hotel is just a 3-minute drive from Rotorua Airport. A free chauffeur is available and there is an outdoor swimming pool.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location but 8 min away from the main activities (Skyline, Zorb, mini-golf…). Plus the lakefront is a real plus. Activities on site for kids (swing, trampoline…)

Kat and Roger are exceptional hosts, ensuring that our E bikes were safely stowed in their garage, and offering us a cool drink on the deck with the most stunning views across their lawn of Lake Rotorua. You absolutely must try Kat's Nasi Goreng for breakfast, though full cooked English breakfast or a Continental option is also on offer. Our warm, spacious studio was only a few steps from Kat and Rogers private beach where there is a kayak for guest use. Our room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the ensuite and room spotless and we appreciated all the extra touches including fresh milk in our fridge for the tea and coffee provided. The property is in a quiet residential lakefront area, yet only a few minutes from Rotorua CBD and close to the Gondola, Luge and Zorb. There is a Superette, Fish Shop and Indian and Chinese takeaways close by.
