Fantastic location out of town but very easy and quick to get to. Lovely quiet location. Beautiful view over the lake. Staff extremely friendly. Nothing was a problem.

The location was absolutely marvellous, the best we have been to during our weeks of travel. It is such a wonderful location, in a scenic reserve, and at the beach to a lake, really very beautiful! All facilities were also excellent, it was a warm welcome.

Had a nice time here, good family memories were created. Good rooms and amazing staff that were very facilitating and hospitable about our late check in, also the late night security guard on Saturday night was very nice and helpful with letting us in when the gate was not working with our number plate. 10/10 we will be back and tell our friends and family to come here

Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location but 8 min away from the main activities (Skyline, Zorb, mini-golf…). Plus the lakefront is a real plus. Activities on site for kids (swing, trampoline…)

Roger and Katz are the perfect hosts! They were so welcoming, and always happy to offer suggestions for our trip. The room was spotlessly clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. There was a choice of excellent breakfasts. The location is great - a short drive or long walk to the centre of Rotorua, but right up against the lake with stunning views (and a kayak to explore the lake!). Will definitely aim to come back if we're in the area again.
