Visited earlier this week and all was perfectly in order - a great location, great host and an exceptionally nice house to be staying at. The owners have tended to all details in and around the house (which is on his avocado yard/plantation) - it simply is better than a 5 star hotel, Ridgeton is a luxury yacht on land.

    The flat was very well located right by the beach, with its own private beach access. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The flat was in a secure location too and walking distance from the Mt Maunganui and the restaurants and cafes. Lots of opportunities to surf as well.
