S Boutique Hotel is the best and nicest hotel our family has been in Panama. This is a real gem, a European luxury found in the Caribbean. The restaurant in the hotel is the best in the entire country. Sebastian and Sonya are great hosts and they pay attention to every detail so that you have the best experience from your vacation. We traveled with the dog and this place is pet-friendly. The room is exceptionally clean and fresh and we liked the design a lot. The bed is very comfortable. The pool is amazing. We will be coming back soon.

Beautiful place. Amazing facilities. If you are looking for a slice of comfort and wellness, but with a remote feel, this is the spot. We only spent 3 days here, but we left feeling the staff were very friendly, the buildings were beautiful and bed was very comfortable. We had our own suite, separate to any other rooms with a sea view l, deck and a huge 4 poster. Nice and cool with the aircon because it was humid and hot in the wet season. Access to lots of beaches and tours through the main town or a short drive north to bluff beach, the hotel has a driver who will ferry you. Food was great. Not a huge amount of options but to be expected with the remoteness of location, breakfast was great. The gym was great and empty. We didn't do any of the classes, but used the sauna and plunge every morning, which was a saviour. We spent about 800 dollars in the hotel on food, drinks, a day tour of the islands and tips between the two of us in 3 days. Only thing is it takes a bit of travel if you are coming from outside the country, you will need to transfer airports in panama city and get a regional flight to bocas del toro. But that's an expected trade off for the environment. You deal with the front desk through WhatsApp which was so convenient, much better method than through the room phone, but there is always someone at the front desk too. We got engaged while here and the staff were very supportive. Loved it

The breakfast was amazing. The fruit bowl was excellent and loved Ania’s omelette. When I met Ania our host it was meeting a stranger but when we left it was leaving a friend behind. She will give you good advice on restaurants or help arrange a tour for you. Good location with a view of Bocas town. Loved staying on this island, very easy to grab a water taxi to get around. You can easily go to bocas for dinner or choose one of the restaurants on the island. Loved the outdoor area at Ania’s place, very comfortable. Already planning a return trip as we were only here for four days and I feel there is much more to explore in this area.

We totally recommend this place! The entire staff is amazing and they are doing their best to make you feel like home. We had a great time there! The food from the restaurant is the best that you can find on the island. I want to give a feedback about the room that is under the kitchen because I saw many comments about that room. We had that room and it was no issue in terms of noise. Cheers guys!

The attention to detail and way the rooms and hotel grounds were carefully curated was so unique and beautiful. You could tell a lot of time and effort goes into making sure guests have a unique experience, and I surely did as part of my stay. The location was perfect and easy to get to the main island and other islands within Bocas - not to mention the views over the water were insanely beautiful. The breakfast options in the morning were terrific and all the staff were so helpful and thorough in their duties . The owners were amazing and helped with suggestions on activities, transportation, and overall everything that you needed to know to have a great experience. They were super friendly and helpful, and they made my experience so much better by being just really good people. I’ve already recommended Casa Aquario to friends and family, and I look to go back again in the future. 10 out of 10 experience.

It was lovely to be a one minute boat ride from the bustle of BocasTown to this quiet, picturesque piece of paradise. The food at the surrounding restaurants was amazingly tasty and priced very reasonably. Our room was cute, clean and ready for my slumber after travelling for 9hrs from Costa Rica. Breakfast was simple and very delicious offering a variety of fruit, eggs, breads and all I could drink juice and coffee 😊 Our host was more than helpful in helping us get transportation and even helped us book a snorkelling tour. He even let us leave our bags in the office while snorkeling to pick them up before we moved on to our next hotel. We will definitely recommend this quaint boutique hotel to anyone who likes nature, surfing, dining, hiking or just want a place to regroup to get a breathe of Bocas 👌
