I am so happy booking suggested this accommodation because I had such a beautiful time there. the view and the room is just perfect, at night from the balcony you have incredible sky, the family was so lovely and welcoming, always kind, I had different delicious breakfast every morning and even pancakes which I really missed! I booked for two nights and ended up staying four and could’ve stayed longer. I am really grateful for my time there, don’t hesitate to book if you feel tempted to go there.

A really good stay! My sister and i both had a huge double bed each and rhe blankets were SO COMFY. Manuel picked us up at the port for 30 soles. The food was aslo super tasty (we took trucha a la plancha and we were just amazed) Highly highly recommend a stay here!!

I absolutely adored my short stay here. We had a warm, very comfortable studio with a part glass roof and one glass wall leading onto the terrace on the shore of Titicaca. Needless to say the view was incredible and the night stars and moon just beautiful. The studio has a great bathroom with a bath and lots of hot water and shampoo and conditioner which we were not carrying so it was greatly appreciated. The desk are just inside the window could be separated from the bedroom area by curtains thus allowing for different sleeping rhythms. The evening meal was delicious and above local standard. The family were so friendly and welcoming and we loved dressing up in local costume with Hope and Emma the young daughters and going for a short walk with them and Nick, the dog.

Our stay here was a very special and memorable experience. Guido and his family are welcoming and wonderful hosts, and we felt completely welcome in their home. Our room was very comfortable and clean with an amazing view, Guido organised fabulous activities - a walk up the hill with his daughter to watch the sunset, helping the family to plant potatoes, and a return boat trip to Puno via Taquile Island. Best of all he organised a private trip to a very small Uros Island where we were almost the only visitors - a complete contrast to what we had heard about the islands being very commercial. However it was useful to know some Spanish for this trip.

Very comfortable the Double Room with hot shower! Special thanks to the receptionist who kept an eye on our car which was parked on the street in front of the hotel.

Wonderful, kind and interesting host Pacha, with whom we had great conversations over the meals. Huge lovely rooms, full of indigenous textiles. Huge comfortable beds. Absolutely marvelous whereabouts - the hostel is surrounded by hills and meadows + has a brilliant view on the lake. Very tasty and healthy meals. Lots of common areas, enormous eating hall and nice big shared room to read/work/workout, with a lake view. We absolutely loved our stay there, it was very peaceful, relaxing and warm - we instantly felt at home. Thank you so much!
