Excellent position in walking distance between the beach and the lagoon and lovely striped houses of Costa Nova. A spacious house for the price and everything was clean and worked well with nice touches. Great to find parking outside the door each time.

    Lovely deck to relax on. Perfect place to be. Best location in the area. Lovely for bike-trips and walks to the beach. It is a boat with small compartments. Thats part of the deal. But nice and comfy bed and as mentioned - very nice outside deck to sit on and enjoy a book, a beer or/and the view of the lagoon. .

    We were there for one night to stop over on our way to Porto Airport and spend a day at the beach, for this it was a good location. Very close to the beach, good parking options. The town is nothing special, rather faceless but with pastelarias and restaurants including ones with ocean view and the beach is gorgeous. The room is simple but enough, clean and equipped with cupboards if needed. The bed was more on the soft side. There is a shared kitchen that is in good use but clean, you can help yourself from the coffee which is nice.

    Beautiful ship with very comfy lounge bar and dining area. Nice location out of the Aveiro main town on the spit between the harbour and the ocean beach. Plenty of reaturants and cafe's nearby. Found some cool beach bars on the ocean front.
