We loved it all, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a stunning position overlooking the picturesque beach and the hotel is a beautiful boutique style and absolutely spotless, the food is outstanding in the restaurant in the evening they added a nice touch at the end of every meal, free mini absolutely delicious desserts, we also ate lunch outside most days having a beachside table the food was also just as good as were the staff in the restaurant. We loved the pool area, it was super relaxing and the bar staff by the pool were also very good. The room we stayed in was perfect, Number 101, with a small balcony overlooking the beach, we stayed for 6 nights and still didn't want to leave. We have already booked for 2 weeks next year for the hubbys 50th birthday, which can't come quick enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay it was a 20th wedding anniversary we will never forget.

Artsy Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel where the attention to details was impeccable: the valet parking service, the complimentary evening room service, the personalised book sign I received because I had a book on the bedside table, very helpful staff that helped us organise everything we wanted, very tasty breakfast, extremely comfortable bed (we couldn't wait to come back to the room in the evening!) and unbeatable location, all this details make us dream of coming back on day.

Almost a month has passed, and I still can’t stop dreaming about the beauty of this hotel. The welcome was impeccable, the room perfectly clean and meticulously cared for, with a shower that deserves a special mention! Breakfast with an ocean view was simply unforgettable, a priceless experience. A special thanks to the staff, whose kindness and professionalism are truly rare to find. The housekeeping team also deserves praise for their extraordinary attention to detail, making the stay even more special. Kudos to everyone!

The location was fantastic. We were met at the apartment to welcome us and hand over keys, stored our luggage for us as we were early. When we asked for some more glasses, and said that coffee machine was struggling, we had glasses and a new coffee machine dropped off the same day. Wonderfull views.

Everything was fantastic. The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. They took care of any issues promptly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Lovely, private, enclosed patio. Easy walking distance to everything, plenty of room for 4 adults. Kitchen and laundry facilities made this home a very good place to live for 6 days in April. Responsive owner.

With studios and galleries surrounding it, the 5-star hotel overlooks sea and the Cascais Marina, and is part of the renovated 16th century citadel complex.
